We have been involved in the field of dry and liquid industrial filtration for almost 40 years. The strategy behind our active approach to repairing environmental damage has made us the long-term leader in our field.

HISTORY

1968	Beginning of the manufacture of filter elements at Vysoké Mýto by the VKUS cooperative
1978	The first important investment in technology focused on the production of filter elements
1990	The ECOTEX^® Company was established after the political shift in then- Czechoslovakia, transforming the original production programme and activities of the VKUS cooperative
1995	Creation of the ECOTEX^®, Ltd. joint venture within the internationalKAYSER Filtration Group.
1996	Opening of a new production plant equipped with modern, highly efficient technology for the production of filter elements.
1997	Implementation and certification of a production quality and management control system in keeping with CSN EN ISO 9001standards.
1998	Construction of the 2nd phase of the production plant for automated filter element production.
1999	Founding of a new production unit, DIVISION METAL, concentrating on the production of supporting cages and metal-components for industrial filtration.
2000	Establishment of the ATS application centre for the testing and development of filter media.
2003	Implementation and certification of the integrated management system in keeping with the following standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 - quality management system, ČSN EN ISO 14 001:1996 – environmental management system OHSAS 18 0001:1999 - occupational safety and health protection management system
2007	Opening of a new plant for the production of supporting cages and metal- components with modern production technology
2008	Acquisition of the entire business share by the parent company KAYSER Filtertech GmbH.
2009	Investment in new technology in the division METAL.
2011	Construction of new warehouse premises in the division METAL.
2012	Integration of the Slovak branch in Zvolen into the company structure. Launching a new logo and new graphics of the company face.
